Treatment Costs
Adding treatment costs can help you demonstrate how much you are spending on treatment services, the amount you’re using, and other factors that can help you justify your role as an athletic trainer and have a record of exactly where/how treatment services are used.
We have pre-loaded treatment service costs based off industry standards (along with a few billing codes) to your Healthy Roster account, but strongly encourage that you change or adjust them to more accurately reflect your own healthcare system or school. Go to the Admin tab of your Healthy Roster dashboard. From there, click on Treatments. Click ‘edit’ for each treatment to change the Name, whether the service is Billable, the Code, the Unit Cost and/or Unit Time. You can also delete or add treatment service types to more closely match your healthcare system’s environment.
