How To Schedule an Encounter via Patient Profile

00:00: Hi this is Maggie from healthy roster and in this video I'm going to show you how to schedule an encounter via the patient profile 00:09: Start by using the global search in the top right hand corner to search your athlete profile 00:15: Next click the three dots to the right of the athlete's name to reveal the quick actions 00:23: Now select create encounter 00:27: Check the box next to scheduled encounter 00:31: Complete the rest of your encounter documentation as needed and select save at the bottom 00:39: Now you know how to schedule an encounter through the patient profile if you have any questions or need to reach our support team please reach out to help at healthyroster.com

Step-By-Step Tutorial:
  1. Search for athlete profile via Global Search
  2. Click the three dots to the right of the name you searched, and select Create Encounter
  1. Check the Scheduled Encounter box within the Encounter documentation
  1. Complete the rest of your encounter documentation, and select Save
  2. The Scheduled Encounter will not reflect on your calendar
