How to Schedule an eVisit

This step-by-step tutorial will walk you through the process of adding scheduled eVisits on the website.

Please Note: Terminology is different based on your setting for example a clinical setting uses Care Group as Organizations, Patient instead of Athlete, and Visits instead of Treatment but the steps are still the same.

Step-By-Step Tutorial
  1. Sign in to your Healthy Roster account and go to ‘Athletes’ / 'Patients'

  2. Select the athlete that you are scheduling for and go to their ‘Treatments’ / 'Visit' tab

  3. Click ‘Add A Treatment’ / 'Add A Visit'

  4. Set a start time
    1. You can also set an end time here if you would like; however, if you do not, it will automatically schedule to end in 30 minutes.

  5. Mark as ‘scheduled treatment’ and add your primary email if it is not pre populated

  6. Mark as video chat

  7. Select treatment / visit type

  8. Click ‘Save’
