Please Note: Terminology is different based on your setting for example a clinical setting uses Care Group as Organizations, Patient instead of Athlete, and Visits instead of Treatment but the steps are still the same.

00:00: Hi, this is Maggie from healthy roster. And in this video. I'm going to show you how to schedule a video chat on the web version of healthy roster.
00:09: There are a few different routes that you can take to schedule a video chat. I'm going to show you the quickest way start by selecting the schedules tab on the left hand navigation.
00:19: On your calendar select a time slot and then click add encounter.
00:24: Now select what provider your scheduling for you can schedule for yourself or other provider users. If you're an admin provider user you can schedule for others and regular provider users will see their own name here.
00:38: It now select the athlete or patient that you're scheduling the video chat for
00:43: Up. This takes you to a treatment or encounter creation page and you'll fill in the documentation as normal. The most important fields are the conduct video chat checkbox, if you're conducting this as a video chat make sure that this is selected.
00:58: The next important field is the invitation email field. This is where the notification for the scheduled video chat is going to send to if the patient already has an email address on file this section will pre-populate with that email. But if this section is blank you will need to enter an email address. Both parties the provider and the patient will both receive the link to join the video chat.
01:23: Once you have completed your encounter documentation selected conduct via video chat and made sure that the email address is associated click, okay.

Step-By-Step Tutorial
The quickest way to schedule a video chat on the web version of Healthy Roster is to select the Schedule tab on the left hand navigation, then select the time slot for your scheduled evisit. Then click, Add Encounter
Select the provider you'd like to schedule this video chat for
Now search and select the patient
After selecting the patient, you will be routed to an encounter creation page. Input the documentation as needed, and make sure to check Conduct Via Video. You will also need to add in an email address if one does not pre-populate. Each party (provider and patient) will receive an email with the video chat link.
Once you have finalized your encounter documentation for the schedule video chat, select OK
