Manually Adjusting Athletes from One Team to Another

Please Note: Terminology is different based on your setting, or example, a college setting uses Teams as Organizations, Units as Teams, but the steps are still the same.
Step-By-Step Tutorial:
  1. Login to the web version of Healthy Roster, and locate the athlete profile
  2. Select Manage Teams
  1. Select "Add Team" for the desired team you wish to add the athlete to
  1. If the athlete needs access removed from the old team, select Remove Team
Removing the athlete from all teams will leave the athlete within the overarching organization, it will not archive their profile

  1. Navigate to the patient profile
  2. Select Teams
  3. Select Add
  4. Check the boxes for the teams you wish to add patients to, uncheck the box to remove patients from teams
Removing the patient from all teams will leave the patient within the overarching organization, it will not archive their profile
  1. Select OK
