The Notes tab can be found in an Athlete’s Profile, and it provides a timeline view of all notes for an athlete/patient across all treatments, follow-up services and incident reports.

If you are a customer with an Epic-Healthy Roster integration, this feature is also a place to view notes related to the athlete that were pulled from Epic. If you do not currently have an Epic integration with Healthy Roster and are interested in this, please email us at for more details, or chat with us on the bottom righthand corner of this page.

Please Note: Terminology is different based on your setting, for example, a clinical setting uses Care Group as Organizations, Patient instead of Athlete, and Visits instead of Treatment, lastly Problems instead of Injuries, but the steps are still the same.

Step-By-Step Tutorial
  1. Once you are in an Athlete’s Profile, click on the three grey dots and then click Notes.

  2. When you open Notes, you’ll first see all Notes for that athlete listed from most to least recent.
    You can click on the “Created on Descending” drop-down list if you prefer a different sorting format.
  3. Clicking on any Note will take you to the source of the note - whether it’s a follow-up service, an incident report or a treatment.
The next tab has four options to segment the Notes: General, Administrative, SOAP Notes and External. You can select one option or more.
