Removing an athlete/patient by archiving their profile.

Archiving Athletes / Patients - Legacy

To remove an individual athlete from Healthy Roster, you will "archive" the athlete. Legally, we cannot delete an athlete for 7 years because of HIPAA, but archiving has the same result.  

Please Note: Terminology is different based on your setting, for example, a college setting uses Teams as Organizations, Units as Teams, but the steps are still the same.
Archiving an athlete individually will not remove associated invitations/parental permissions

  1. Login to your Healthy Roster account
  2. Select Organizations, and click the Organization the athlete belongs to
  3. Click on the three dots to the right of the athlete's name and select "Archive"
  4. Then click "Archive."

  1. Login to your Healthy Roster account and navigate to the organizations tab
  2. Click the Organization the patient belongs to
  3. Click on Patients
  4. Click on the three dots to the right of the patient's name and select Archive
  5. Confirm the archive by selecting OK
