Sharing reports allows for a more open, collaborative, and accountable environment, ultimately contributing to better outcomes and success. There are distinctions between report sharing within our advanced reporting that you should be aware of as the admin provider user.

Reporting can be shared with all provider users, organizational users, and team users in the form of a report. A reporting template can be shared with singular provider users.
Sharing a report implies that you are sharing with the intent that the user will view/access the exact data that you've included
Exporting a template implies that you are sharing the formatting of the reporting information but not the actual data. The export can be shared with provider users.
Sharing a report with a user will grant these users the ability to see all data in the underlying data sources, even if the information is not currently visible in this report.

Let's review them within each option. 00:20: I will provide you with an example, as to who might be receiving the shed reports. 00:24: You have a better understanding of what data is going where. 00:29: To begin. Select the reporting tab on the left navigation. 00:34: Now you will see a listing of all of your available reports, select the menu 00:38: icon to the right of the report you wish to share now select managed 00:42: access. 00:46: First let's review how to share a report with other provider users this 00:50: option. Will of course share your report with all provider users within your 00:54: account. This is the best way to replicate our Sunset reporting options 00:59: or quickly share any standard reports that your group uses as a whole. 01:03: When you share a report with your provider users, they are unable to edit the reporting 01:08: format and they will not have access to organizations other than their own. 01:12: However, if they would like to customize this report, they 01:16: can simply make a copy and edit the copy. 01:18: This will not change the layout of the existing template that you have sent 01:22: them and shared with other provider users. 01:27: Once you've selected to manage the reports access a moto box will populate, 01:31: you will now see the option to share with other provider users. 01:35: Checking this box will ensure that you're sharing with all provider user 01:39: weather admin or not. Please note that the access levels for 01:43: reporting will remain unchanged. Provider users will only have access to 01:47: reports related to their assigned organization. 01:50: Well as admin provider users will have the ability to still run reports 01:54: across all organizations. 01:57: Second option to review is sharing a report with organizational level users as 02:01: a reminder or Global users signify an administrator manager or coach 02:05: in most instances. Sharing report to the org user is intended 02:09: to allow those users quick access to reporting based on their needs example 02:14: reports that are often shared with org users could range from patient demographics 02:18: event reporting or maybe even certain form data reporting. 02:22: These users do not have the ability to edit or make copies of the report that you've 02:26: shared with them here. You do have the ability to share reporting data sets 02:30: with these users that they typically do not have access to let's review that 02:34: component as we walk through how to share this report for org users. 02:39: To begin select the menu icon to the right of the report and select 02:43: manage access. Let's assume for this report. 02:47: I am going to share concussion information. 02:50: With this my administrator will be able to view how many concussions there 02:54: were within the season the sports they occurred in and so forth. 02:58: They will be able to change the date as well. 03:01: I want to select to manage access and add my organization. 03:06: Before we add the organization we want you to pay attention to the warning at the top of 03:10: the manage access box this warning states that will org 03:14: users don't always have access to the data that's included on the data set you're sharing 03:18: by sharing the report they now do have access to that data 03:22: set. Let's add some clarity there because we're talking about concussions 03:26: or problem in this instance or users might not be privy 03:30: to that problem. If the provider has selected the Privacy as providers only 03:35: when you share this report with the organizational level user they 03:39: will see the problems that are set to the entire care Circle, but also those can 03:43: cushions that are set to Providers only. 03:47: To share with your specific organization or in my instance my administrator. 03:52: I'm going to select organizations. 03:56: Now, select the plus button to add your organization's, you'd like to share this 04:00: to 04:02: You will now see a listing of the organizations within your account. 04:06: Select the organization you wish to share it to you. 04:11: The next option to review is sharing a report with a team level user. 04:16: This is very similar to sharing a report with an org level user. 04:21: These Team level users typically signify someone that's overseeing a smaller subset 04:25: of patients within the overarching organization. 04:29: Similar sharing report to these team users intends for quick access 04:33: of reporting based on their needs. Team users will not 04:37: have the ability to edit or make copies of these reporting parameters. 04:41: However, they will have access to these reporting data sets. 04:44: If they typically do not have access to it. 04:46: Let's again review that component as we walk through how to share this report. 04:52: In this instance, my coaches asked if they could see a report of 04:56: all of the athletes that are coming in for their encounters. 04:59: I am going to share an encounter log with my team user. 05:04: To begin select the menu icon to the right of the report and now 05:08: select manage access. 05:11: Just as we've reviewed with organizational level users. 05:13: We should make sure before we share a report that you're reviewing the warning 05:18: at the top of the manage access box this warning states that while 05:22: team users don't always have access to the data that's included with the data 05:26: set. You're sharing by sharing this report. 05:28: They now do let's add some more clarity their provider users and 05:32: healthy roster are the only users that are privy to encounter because 05:37: I'm sharing this report with my team user and its Associated data 05:41: set. They're now going to have access to this data on reporting. 05:44: This team user will not have access to this data outside 05:49: of reporting. 05:51: To add your desired team select teams 06:01: Now, select the plus button to determine which teams you'd like to share the report 06:05: with. 06:07: You will now see a listing of the teams within your organization, select 06:12: the specific teams to share this report with 06:15: Once you have a properly selected who you like to share this report with that 06:19: being provider, users organizational level users or T-Mobile users 06:23: select, okay. 06:25: Now let's review the final sharing option. 06:28: This is actually sharing of the reporting template. 06:31: This share method is beneficial if you want to share a single reporting 06:35: format with a specific provider or providers within your account. 06:40: An example would be if you've created an audit report this audit, you 06:45: may be only want to share with admin provider users and not all provider 06:49: users in your Healthy roster account. When you share a reporting template 06:53: You're simply sharing the formatting of the report and not any actual data. 07:00: To share my report with one other user. 07:02: I'm going to navigate to the reporting tab. 07:07: Now you will select a report you'd like to share. 07:10: You can also select the menu icon to the right of the report and select 07:14: open. 07:16: It's good practice to select, run to run this report and ensure 07:20: that this is in fact, the correct report that you'd like to share. 07:25: Once you have ensured that this in fact, it's the report you'd like to share in 07:29: the upper right-hand corner, you will select the menu icon. 07:34: Now select export template, this will cause a download 07:38: to populate in your web browser. You can then take that download and share it 07:42: with the specific provider user. Now, I am logged in as a different provider user, Sherry 07:55: Baggins, I will navigate to my reporting tab to add in this 07:59: new import template. 08:02: From this page, select ad. 08:05: The reporting modal will now populate rather than and putting 08:09: a name in the description or selecting from one of the available templates. 08:13: You're going to navigate to the import button in the lower left hand corner. 08:20: From the downloads on your device, you will select the downloaded form 08:24: template. 08:26: The report for this user will not generate this, user should take a moment to familiarize 08:30: themselves. With the report itself selecting refresh will 08:35: give a better depiction of what is House on this report? Step-By-Step Tutorial: Sharing a report with all provider users
Benefit: This option is helpful for sharing a common report in bulk to all provider users within the account.
Common example reports to share: Reports that often house background questions such as Encounter or Incident reporting.
Special considerations: Sharing will be shared with all provider users within the account. Organizational permissions will remain intact.
From your reporting tab, select the menu icon to the right of the report you wish to share
Select manage access
Check the box to share the report with provider users
Select OK
Note: while provider users will have access to this report, they will not be able to edit the report version. They can choose to make a copy and edit the data on their copied version if they so choose
Step-By-Step Tutorial: Sharing a report with Organizational-level users
Benefit: Provides quick access to relevant reporting
Common example reports to share: Problem/encounter logs, patient demographics, form data reporting
Special considerations: Org users are unable to edit reports/make copies. If sharing a report with a data set that is not granted off of the user's permissions, sharing a report with the dataset will share that reporting information.
Example: If sharing a report with an organizational user based on Problems, and the problem privacy level is set to "providers only," the organizational-level user on reporting will see the problem that is set to providers only. the org user will not have granted access to view the problem on the problem timeline.

Select manage access
Select Organizations
Select the + icon to add organizations.
Select the desired organization to share the reporting template with

Benefit: Provides quick access to relevant reporting
Common example reports to share: Problem/encounter logs, patient demographics, form data reporting
Special considerations: Org users are unable to edit reports/make copies. If sharing a report with a data set that is not granted off of the user's permissions, sharing a report with the dataset will share that reporting information.
Example: If sharing a report with a team user based on encounters, team users are not privy to encounters based on their permissions. Sharing a report with the encounter dataset allows these users the ability to view this reporting information but not access this information outside of reporting.
From your reporting tab, select the menu icon to the right of the report you wish to share
Select manage access
Select Teams
Select the + icon to add organizations
Select the desired organization to share the reporting template with

Benefit: Allows the ability to share a report with a single provider user
Common example reporting templates to share: Provider admin only reporting for auditing or end-of-year reporting
Special Considerations: This format shares the build of the report and not any data
Select the desired report to open the report.
It's suggested then to run the report in run mode to ensure the report is the correct one you'd like to share the template for

Select <>Export Template
The reporting template will then download to your device.
