Video Tutorial:

00:00: Hi this is Niki from Healthy Roster and this video is going to show you how to create a Note Type. Please do keep in mind that this is an admin only feature. We have created note types as a way to help the provider or admin provider organize and filter different types of notes 00:18: To begin navigate to your admin tab 00:22: Now from your admin toolbar, select notes 00:26: Now select note types 00:29: To add a new note type select add 00:33: Now you will title your note type, also give a brief description of what you intend this note type be used for 00:42: Now you will need to set the Privacy level for your note type it will default to Providers only but you can change it to be providers in primary users or entire care circle as well .Let's review what each means, the entire care Circle encompass all users that can view the patient profile, providers and primary would be the patient or their legal guardian as well as the providers, Providers only will of course set it to be provider only view. Currently in 2.0 the Privacy level of note templates will apply only to referrals. A good way to think about this is if you'd like to have a general note that is visible only to the primary or care Circle member set the privacy to entire care Circle or providers and primary. Conversely if you'd like to have an admin note that it's only viewable to the providers that this privacy as provider only 01:32: Select okay when you're ready to save your note type 01:36: If you have questions or need more help please visit the help tab on your left navigation or reach us directly at
