Creating a Team

Please Note: Terminology is different based on your setting. For example; a setting may use Organization as Location, Patient instead of Athlete, Encounters instead of Treatment, or Problems instead of Injuries - but the steps are still the same.

00:00: Hi this is Niki from Healthy Roster and this tutorial is going to show you how to create a team I'm going to show you how to create a team via the organization however you can also do so via the teams tab 00:12: To begin select your organization tab on the left navigation 00:16: Now select your desired organization 00:20: From your organization's page select teams 00:24: You will now see the teams that reside under this organization to add a new select add 00:31: Now input the name for your team 00:34: If you'd like to add a logo for your team select the image icon above the team's name 00:40: Format your image accordingly within the drag and drop box 00:44: Select okay when you're ready to save your logo 00:47: Now select save to save your team 00:50: If you have questions or need more help please visit the help tab on your left navigation or reach us directly at help at healthyroster.com

Step-By-Step Tutorial:
  1. Log in to Healthy Roster and select the Organizations tab on the left navigation bar
  2. Select the organization that you would like to add, then click Teams
  3. Click Add
  4. Name the team, and add a logo if desired. Select Save to create the team
