This video and tutorial will walk you through building a resource library on the website.
Please Note: Terminology is different based on your setting. For example; a setting may use Organization as Location, Patient instead of Athlete, Encounters instead of Treatment, or Problems instead of Injuries - but the steps are still the same.

00:00: Hi this is Nikki from healthy roster in this tutorial is going to walk you through building your resource Library your resource Library should be thought of as a global location for predetermined information that is applicable for many users there should be no documentation of Phi in this section 00:17: To begin select the admin tab on the left navigation 00:21: Now select provider resources 00:24: Now select the add button 00:27: You are now able to choose if you'd like to add a link or a file 00:31: This page depicts the addition of a link the title is the only required field however if you intend to share a link you should also add the URL for better visual depiction to your users we also suggest a URL text this text will show when you add the resource to an item next tags tags are intended to help users quickly search the resource library for relevant information you can add more than one tag to a resource lastly check the box if you intend to have this as a public resource this means that all users will be able to access this information like clicking on the resource Library 01:07: Click ok to add the link to your resource Library 01:11: This page depicts adding a resource that is a file the title and the file itself are required fields we also encourage you adding in a description as well as tags in marking if it is public or not 01:23: Click ok to add your file to the resource Library 01:26: If you have questions or need more help please visit the help tab on your left navigation or reach us directly at help@healthyroster.com

Step-By-Step Tutorial:
  1. Log in to your Healthy Roster account and go to the admin tab on the left side of the screen
  2. Click on the Provider Resources tab
  3. Click Add Link or Add File
  4. Input the desired information for both a File or a Link
  5. Add tags to your resources to categorize the resources in your library
  6. Click OK
